Height = overall height for example: 5'10" or 6'2"

Height = from shoulder to hem

Waistline

Sleeve length from shoulder to knuckles

Sleeve length from neckline at shoulder seam over the shoulder down to knuckles

(tunics & robes are now required to knuckles, not the wrist for memberships into RL & 501st)

Shoulder to shoulder = to determine size of shoulders (torso)

Neckline = where applicable

Wrist = where applicable


If any other measurements are needed , I will ask after the purchase. You are responsible for accurate measurements. There are no returns on costumes only a one time exchange if the sizing is off due to inaccurate measurements or I ship out a standard size due to no response from customer about their stats. In this case you are responsible for the shipping costs. In order for me to complete a job or do a great job , we need to communicate.

I do attend several big conventions a year, such as San Diego Comic Con , Wondercon etc........ If you do not hear for me, I might be out of town , be patient I will respond when I am able.


Shipping: Very important

After purchase, I generate the shipping label and label the priority box to keep the orders organized. When the costume is finished and shipped the tracking label will activate. Please keep this in mind.

The order can take anywhere from one week to 4 weeks to deliver. Sometimes I run out of fabric, have to order, it takes awhile to get in. be patient, it will be delivered.

All costumes are shipped via USPS.com , Medium priority flat rate boxes which include a tracking number
All shipping labels are generated on line via Paypal.
Please make sure your Paypal physical address is up to date. If the box is returned to sender you are responsible for another shipping fee to ship item back to you.
Paypal address must be up to date. Will not accept a different mailing address via email .
All labels are generated after purchase. When the item is shipped the tracking number will activate via usps.com which means it has been shipped. If the tracking number is not activated it means the item is being produced so allow time for this process.
